Convenient location just a short walk away from the Gondola Lift 🚠. the gondola station is literally a minute's walk from here. the food was absolutely delicious!

Savoury and tasty breakfast with home made goodies and such exceptionally high quality products, excellent service. Marvellous location in Bansko, very close to the center and the ski lifts, Pirin mountain and a really NICE garden. Also, to the town square.

The location was peaceful, with the Chapel of the Holy Virgin just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. the rooms were brand-new, tidy, and had a fridge and a kettle.

we liked hotel's location and rooms. you'll need 5 minutes to walk to danny's bar with nice drinks. the venue met the purpose, we would come here again.

This place offers cable channels for entertainment, a cozy sitting area to relax in, and ironing facilities in the triple room. You'll enjoy a comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom here. 🛁

I absolutely loved my stay at Zigen House in Bansko! The views of the mountains from my junior suite balcony were simply breathtaking. The room itself was clean, warm, and cozy, making me feel right at home. The breakfast, with its homemade goodies, was perfect to start my day. The staff at Zigen House were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was great, with a short and easy walk to the charming old town. The rural feel of the property added to the overall experience, and the value for money was unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Bansko.

While the bed was great, I found the pillows could have been a bit comfier. Additionally, the hike up the hill to the gondola may be a challenge for those planning on skiing.

The distance to some facilities created some issues who want to hit the slopes early as it could be time, consuming.

I recently stayed at Zigen House for a few days and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Old Town, and the property owner was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained. The daily cleaning service was a plus. The staff may have limited English, but they were still accommodating and friendly. The 24-hour access to the rooms was convenient, especially for our group. The breakfast offered was great and affordable. it was a fantastic stay.

Would recommend this hotel.
